The undergraduate program of the School of Computer Science and Technology is authorized by the National Ministry of Education as the feature specialty.

The undergraduate program covers four academic years. At the first two years, most courses focus on the fundamental theories and basic major knowledge. At the later two years, students can choose different courses according to their own interests. Students may choose some courses from the following fields: High Performance Computing, Intelligent Science and Technology, Network and Security Computing, Computer Architecture, etc.

There are also some special programs for outstanding undergraduates.
·The Talent Class for Computer and Information Science: This program is in cooperation with Chinese Academy of Science. Students who interests in Theory of Computation have opportunities to participate in this class.
·The Talent Class for Computer Architecture: This program is in cooperation with the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Science. Students who interests in Computer Architecture have opportunities to participate in this class.
